Missed Appointments
- List members who miss a scheduled pickup appointment will have 1 month from the date of the appointment to either a) arrange another pickup or b) arrange a shipment (normal shipping costs apply).
- After a month, and a final warning email, the wines from the missed appointment will be subject to our Reclaim process, whereby wines will be reclaimed by Full Pull and are subject to being re-sold. As always, we keep records of all unclaimed orders and will always offer refunds upon request.
Unclaimed Orders: Pickup
- We will begin emailing pickup reminders for any Confirmed, paid-for orders that go unclaimed for more than a year. Any orders still unclaimed after 18 months (and a Final Notice from Full Pull) will be reclaimed by Full Pull and are subject to being re-sold. We will keep records of these unclaimed orders and will offer refunds upon request.
Unclaimed Orders: Shipping
- We will begin emailing reminders for any Confirmed, paid-for orders that go unshipped for more than a year, and at that point will waive our 12-bottle shipping requirement for TPU pricing and will ship upon list member request. Any orders still unshipped after 18 months years (and a Final Notice from Full Pull) will be reclaimed by Full Pull and are subject to being re-sold. We will keep records of these unclaimed orders and will offer refunds upon request.
Declined Orders
- In instances where we attempt to bill a list member credit card and the card is Declined, we will reserve the wine for that list member for up to 30 days while awaiting an updated credit card. After 30 days, we reserve the right to zero out the order and re-sell the wine in question.
Privacy
- Full Pull Wines is deeply respectful of customer privacy. We will never sell or share any customer information. Customer information will only be used for the purposes of offering and selling outstanding wine.
Mispicks
- Any mispicks must be communicated to us in writing no more than 14 days after the receipt of wine. After 14 days, the sale is considered final per our invoice.
Returns
- Corked bottles are an unfortunate aspect of buying and selling wine. We always refund you 100% for a corked bottle; just email info@fullpullwines.com.
- We pride ourselves on the wines we offer and want you to be happy with every bottle you purchase from us. We handle all return requests on a case-by-case basis, but in general, we will replace or refund any flawed bottle within the first six months from the day you pick it up or receive it through shipping.
Billing
- Once we have the wine in our warehouse, we charge your credit card.
Shipping
- We only ship when we’re confident that your wine will stay within an acceptable temperature range.
- (A) Except for orders going to the permit states described in section (B), title to and ownership of alcoholic beverages passes from seller to buyer in the State in which the sale occurs, and buyer takes all responsibility for the product being transported from the state of sale to the buyer’s selected destination. Buyer may pick up the product at seller’s location, or make independent delivery arrangements. Sales tax will be applied based on the seller’s location. Seller makes no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to deliver or import any alcoholic beverages or other goods into any state. Buyer warrants he or she is solely responsible for the transport of the purchased products and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of bringing the products to the buyer’s chosen destination.
(B) For orders going to states in which Seller is licensed or has a direct to consumer shipping permit, title to and ownership of the product passes from Seller to Buyer in the state to which the product is shipped, and sales and other applicable taxes will be applied based on the requirements of the destination state. By placing an order, Buyer authorizes Seller to act on Buyer’s behalf in arranging for transportation of the product at Buyer’s direction. Alternatively, buyer may pick up the product at the Seller’s location, or make independent shipping arrangements. For any product picked up at the Seller’s location, sales tax will be applied based on that location. Prices of products do not include shipping/handling charges, the cost of which varies depending on destination, number of bottles ordered and choice of delivery options.
